Finally, after 4 days of not cooking and Eating OUT has come to an END. I'm getting bored eating outside and tonight I'm making Chicken A La King with cream sauce:}. I've never cooked this dish before and I hope I don't F up. I've got my chicken cubes marinating in the fridge,fresh mushrooms,large onion and capsicum waiting to be diced and I've even got my chicken broth ready. Just 3 more hrs to go :}. Yums...
