Apparently- In the evening of 14/4/2012 (11am-12pm),Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Jaya
(Municipal Council of Seberang Perai) poisoned stray dogs and litter everywhere!!
In Malaysia (My wonderful home), there is no justice for animal cruelty.Even if you've committed a terrible act of animal abuse,there's just no justice given to the person who committed the crime.Even if so
the penalty is...
1) Pay a small fine
2) Jail Term?.......what jail term, no such thing.
Animal abuse in Malaysia is sky rocketing. Animal Lovers can only do so much.At the end of the day it's the Government which needs to implement a harsher law for animal abusers. Splattering articles in newspapers won't help much either.Justice here will just turn a blind eye.Knowing Malaysian Government it's all LIES,nothing but LIES and empty promises. If justice can't be served to a human being,what more an animal.
